The Elite Development Series is an 8-segment small group leadership development course aimed at building your knowledge and skills as a leader, manager, and human. Each class focuses on specific principles, which we discuss in detail, as we talk through how to approach scenarios that you face as a leader.

We give you the knowledge to identify underlying issues and the tools to work on improving your own business. Our 2 flagship courses begin again in October.

Elite Supervisor / Manager Development Series was built for anyone leading people (whether new to the role or experienced) that wants to improve in their role.
Elite Owner / Executive Development Series was crafted for those leading an organization (business owners, corporate leadership, executives) to help guide you as your lead your company.
