WHAT IS THE NEW MANAGER CHALLENGE?
The JRCI New Manager Challenge is a free 5-Week Email-Based Course aimed to build your knowledge and skills as a leader, people manager, and human. Each week will focus on specific principles which are key to lead others effectively.
We give you the knowledge to identify underlying issues and the tools to work on improving your professional skills. You are the one that must commit to putting real effort into learning and growing as a manager.
Personal Commitment
No one checking in. This is something YOU want to do, and you alone need to commit yourself to.
Email-Based Lessons
You receive 1 email per week, with a new fundamental concept of management. We review the concept in depth and give you new ways to think about it.
Weekly Challenges
Each week you will be given a 'challenge' to complete. These challenges are often worksheets aimed to help drive home the concept discussed.
Retrospective
We don't tell you how to do this, but our recommendation is to take a time each week to think of what you've learned, how you've grown, and what to continue to work on.
